One of these pictures is taken with the Fuji X100 and post-processed with NIK to simulate my favourite Kodak Portra 400 film. The other picture was taken with the Yashica 124G on Kodak Portra 400. Can you tell which is which?

This could be terribly embarrassing, but I think the second was shot with real film.
You’re right of course. There’s just something about film, it has that difficult to copy, unique look.
